    Really tough class, that’s why I love so much Bethany’s classes, you can challenge yourself as much as you want - if you want to taje it easy, it’s always an option, however, if you want to push yoursef towards your limits, it’s the perfect class for that! She gives detailed instruction, easy to follow, and her classes are never the same, so much fun!!

    Echo is a fantastic instructor, the studio is really lovely as well. One thing to note that the dynamic flow class is quite challenging with inversions so not very beginner friendly but Echo was really helpful in providing modifications to get you started with some of the more challenging moves.

    REFORMCORE REFORMER PILATES

    Great class, could definitely feel the muscle work out. Different to Psycle style reformer but a good alternative and worth adding to the mix. Changing rooms have everything you could need! I can imagine it gets busy with the limited showers but it was fine for my 7am weekday class.

    It was the first time I had done an FS8 class (and used a reformer) - I loved it ! Cian was really great at showing me the ropes, which quelled any nerves! Cian had so much energy and took the time to correct form and boost morale when needed. Super supportive and fun-energy class that I’d definitely do again ! Couldn’t recommend more !!
