This class was so much fun! I'm not a great dancer but the moves themselves were pretty easy and it's a really no-pressure, welcoming atmosphere. Definitely got my heart rate up and worked my muscles. Lots of options for different fitness levels. Bring a yoga mat if you have one. Highly recommend!
