My husband and I will definitely be back for her classes! I’ve been to a lot of spin classes, and that was definitely one that kicked my butt, but in the best way possible.

see all reviewsThe class was okay. It ended short, there was only 4 of us and they were all over 50 in the class. The class was catered to older slower folk, there was no Pilates involved just mellow movements. The space felt like a rehab facilitation for older folk.
