    It was a very good, challenging class. My only complaint is that the instructor could definitely be a little more encouraging. There were a lot of instructions but not a ton of positivity haha.     If you’re looking for a solid HIIT class to improve your fitness, Elevate is it. When I first took one of these classes, I couldn’t walk for 3 days. Each time, I feel myself getting stronger and more capable. But I still find the classes very challenging, even as I’ve gotten stronger and in better shape. Highly recommend these classes!

    Loved it! I get so very bored in vinyasa flows and each time I have been to Meg’s class she surprises me and keeps it interesting. Not too many fast-paced vinyasa flows which I really like (where you are rushing and rushing to get through!). Will definitely come back.

    Power FLEX [strength]

    Whomever said this is “weight training for introverts” was spot on. Colleen just wrote the superset circuit on the board and everyone just works independently and leaves when they’re done. There’s no further instruction/cheerleading. But the exercises were great, and it’s a killer class if you want to do some serious weight work without having to think up exercises.
