    Really good class. Even though it was only 28 minutes of running, if you put your hardest you can get a really good sweat and the weighted section in his class is really good. I wish they had a 60 minute class that was high 45 and 15 minutes of weights

    Chest, Back & Abs (60 Minutes)

    Always a great workout although the price keeps going up every month. Can be intimidating for people who are not fit / familiar with the routine. I have gone often and I can still never run all the numbers the instructor calls out or lift the weights they want women to lift. Don’t be afraid to just do what you can (run lower numbers or lift lighter weights.).

    Great class as always but I'm not sure why the people at the smoothie bar act like you're a crazy person when you ask for a water bottle fill up. They don't have a water fountain so that's the only way to get water aside from buying a bottle. Chill. Life isn't that bad.

    Bootcamp: Full Body / Arms&Shoulders

    Motivating and clear teacher, good music, nice studio. It def feels like the class is directed towards at home viewers. The run was about 1.5 miles and the rest was strength training. Its split roughly into a 30 minute segment followed by a 10 minute arms segment. It was more strength than I expected. This feels like a Barrys bootcamp for beginners.
