    Muay Thai Kickboxing

Totally kicked my ass but in the most satisfying way. I’m totally capable of staying in athletic shape on my own so it’s most important to me to learn something valuable in a class, something to take away and apply to next the time. Michaels class is challenging, fun and def helped to clean up my technique. He’s attentive, motivating and seems more concerned with teaching than performing. Love, love love it!

That "cactus" and the sternal decompression felt AMAZING!!!!!!! I left class thinking I'd had a great class. However, I went to dance class later that night, and my body felt so sinewy. I have a difficult time when I have to do rotational movements with my left hip, but not tonight. Even my dance instructor noticed the difference and mentioned it after class. Wow!!! This class is a MUST! Thank you!!!!!!!!!

Khalid was great! His music wasnt working during the first half but he was very apologetic and class still went quite well. Its a lot of his regular people, but they were all so welcoming and fun!
