This crunch was in much better condition than your average crunch. If not brand new it was definitely recently renovated. Front desk staff was super nice and helpful, and even cheerful which was extra noticeable bc it was snowstorm and they were right by the door. My experience was incredible! Lana was very knowledgeable and explained each step as she went along...sometimes facialists don’t say much about what they’re doing, and I prefer to know what each product going on my face is. At the end of the session she gave me recommendations for 2 products to add to my routine, but she wasn’t pushy by any means and just told me they are something to consider. She wrote down the names for me so I could easily look for them online or elsewhere. She wasn’t insisting on my purchasing anything right then & there, which is nice because many estheticians do! Boxing

This is a no-frills studio in a basement that is unlike other boxing gyms. There is no street signage for the studio so it was a bit hard to find. We started with a cardio intensive workout involving 5 rounds of stair running, then drills up and down the hallway before starting on the actual boxing. They provide wraps and gloves for free. Would highly recommend.
