Nothing beats a Sunday morning spin class with Yossi to get you moving. I really didn’t feel like it this morning, especially as it was cold and wet and I had no energy after working late the previous day. Somehow Yossi just knew that I needed a bit of encouragement, and helped me find a way to push through and give 100%. I was completely spent by the warm down but felt better afterwards. You never regret doing one of his classes, and l’ll be back again soon. Thanks!
