    A good-intensity muscle workout with Yoga practice at the beginning and at the end, which felt like such a great combination. With pilates, barre classes, I normally have the need to gently checkin with myself by adding some extra yoga time at home. In that regard, this class feels complete and balanced in itself :) the instructor was so cheerful and encouraging! Excitement and calmness both achieved!

    CP Cardio Sculpt 1.5 (50 Mins)

    It was my first experience and unlike the worry I had after reading some reviews, the staff was welcoming (though we indeed have to wear the gripping socks, I bought two at the desk) and the instructor was inclusive too. As a person who regularly work out, this one was not much challenging but there's still some rooms to adjust the intensity on my end (eg dumbell). Loved it!
