see all reviewsThis class was EVERYTHING for those with tight hips, especially those who run. The sequence was incredible and Yvonne was an amazing teacher. I will say it’s a shame that you can’t rate the studio separately. I would never want to penalize Yvonne for the fact that the studio was not clean and reeked of sweat. They need to address these things. Staring up at a light that is covered in filth when you’re in savasana is just not relaxing.

see all reviewsThis was my first spin class ever, so nothing to compare it against. Anna did a great job making me feel comfortable and did an awesome job instructing the class. It was a good workout, the up and downs on the bikes was tough. Whether you are a rookie or advanced, I think you would all get something out of the class. I will return for more punishment in the future...
