Soulful Sunday Flow
see all reviewsGreat venue. Street parking. Bring your own yoga mat and anything else you may need as they don't provide anything. Personally, I don't quite feel it was for beginners as the instructor walked around naming and describing the pose. It helped I have done yoga classes in the past and knew what they were. However, a quick look around and see what everyone else is doing will solve that issue. Would definitely come again.
