    Power Yoga (int)

I loved this so much. I get the mixed reviews because it's a very specific type of yoga based on what yoga was like before the gym-ification of the practice. That said, just because it's not your style doesn't mean you need to give a 1 star rating. This class is Ashtanga based but is not for people looking to get a "60 minute workout." I liked that Carlos spent 2 hours on the class. If you know going into it that it will be long and challenging it makes for a better experience. This class is not for beginners. Not that you couldn't get something out of it with little experience but I think it could get frustrating because there are handstands and arm balances (although you're all at the wall in a circle, which is so nice because you use it for inversions and you can see everyone!) It is both mentally and physically challenging, you work with other students, and you come out calm and reinvigorated.

I love this class and love Josandra! I only wish I had more Fridays off to take this class every week. Josandra is an amazing instructor- very friendly, gives clear directions and helpful adjustments. Her classes are definitely a challenge, which I really enjoy. I never leave feeling like I didn’t get a good workout.

    Vinyasa

I liked the vibe of the studio because it really did seem to be open for people of all levels of yoga. The instructor, Maddie, seemed to do a good job at providing adjustments but also allowing people to personalize the vinyasa. I worked up a sweat but also found the end of class to be extremely relaxing.

This was a great class. Yes, there were only three of us there so it might not be this way with a bigger class, but the instructor was very attentive and provided adjustments. I definitely worked up a sweat but I think that a beginner would still feel welcomed going to this class.

    Open Flow

This is a beautifully led class! The energy in the room is amazing with Leslie. It is more of a stretch/yin style class in my opinion rather than flow, but it was exactly what I needed. It did have some flow, just not as vigorous as some of the other classes here. Would definitely come back!

The nest 2.0 is looking fab. The OG charm still remains, but the studio is next level now after doubling in size overall, with expansions/upgrades to the practice area and v chill lounge space. Plus the yoga continues to be top notch!

    HIITFit

Defintely not what I was expecting but great class, instructor and sense of community. Everyone was very kind, warm and welcoming. This particular class is all cardio focused. Wouldn't recommend for beginners, defintely not for someone who is out of shape and trying to get back into the groove of things. This class requires a lot of cardio stamina. If you're already in good shape and have a high endurance this would be good for you. I will definitely try out some of the other crossfit classes they offer that have more of a combination of plyometrics, weight training and hiitt cardio intervals. This is more something to work up to. Great class thank you.

The studio is on a beautiful garden level of a brownstone, in a perfectly spacious sized long room. This is my first time at a group meditation and it was eye opening, time passed by slowly and quickly at the same time as I followed Jessecca’s voice. The routine worked in harmony with acute awareness of the body and it’s surrounding, in ways through senses that I never considered. The group is friendly, warm and welcoming, they invited my friend and I to stay for the yoga session, which is very generous and sweet!
