    My first time at F45. It was a good workout but I wish they had mirrors so you could see your form. The trainers come around and give you pointers. There were a lot of push up variations in the workout so my shoulders and arms are sore, especially since yesterday was arms and back day for me. Overall it was good and will probably come back.

    Apex is a hybrid of cardio and strength training. I have more experience in strength training so it was challenging. Friendly environment from both coaches and other patrons. They gave tips as you workout. Recommended to bring your indoor shoes.

    It's obvious that Aeson is a physiotherapist. He breaks down the movements and targeted areas so clearly while taking care to be aware of folks' abilities and injuries. He helped me adjust and improve my postures. Super nice and informative! Beginner friendly and non-intimidating, but it is a challenge!

    First time taking Dez’s class, and really love it. Instead of making it a faster pace and harder class (which is easy to do), he spent more time on alignment of each pose, cue breath and remind awareness of the process and poses. I wish he teaches regularly!

    It's my first weightlifting session since my injury. Coach Yana gave great tips as we did the prewritten program. Everyone was so friendly and cheered each other on. I would recommend it as a class for people with prior experience but I'm sure they'll guide you as a beginner as well.
