Great class! Excellent instructor! Clear cueing. I like how Al repeats the exercise a few times so I can actually be in the move while he’s describing it instead of having to watch (less time wasted). Loved all the inclines!!!! Wish the classes were 60 minutes!!!Barry’s is an hour-long cardio and strength-building workout designed to help your body burn up to 1,000 calories thanks to their carefully crafted program that is as effective as it is fun. Molly is the best! She demos everything, explains things clearly especially how to make corrections so that I understand even if she doesn't physically adjust me, provides modifications without being asked, and has a great friendly demeanor. My fave!Barre3 is a full-body workout designed with our signature approach of sustained holds, micro-movements, and cardio bursts that will leave you feeling balanced in body and empowered from within.

Wow that was tough! I wasnt quite expecting that! Not your typical reformer class. Be prepared for a boot camp style class and if youre newer at Pilates, be prepared to be sore tomorrow. Id say it wouldnt take many of these classes to whip me into great shape! Its tough but great!RockSalt is an award-winning studio that takes Pilates into overdrive. C1 - CorePower Yoga 1see all reviews
This is my 2nd time taking a C1 class. And I will say this has probably been one of the most easiest yoga classes I’ve ever taken. They stop the class and have you sit so you can watch them explain how to do the chaturanga dandasana to downward dog. It’s nice getting this instruction as a beginner but I think it’s time for C2 or something more challenging. Still a great class and Caitlin was a great instructorPlease show up at least 10 minutes prior to class. Most CorePower Yoga studios will close the doors at the start of class because the instructors who check users in must teach, so you may risk getting locked out…

Interesting class. Its definitely strength building. Not a quick flow. Really good opportunity to work on challenging poses. Not for beginners. Deep is a great instructor in terms of direction, clarity, encouragement and personality. Loved this class! It was challenging and inspiring. I was a beginner and Chris went out of his way to explain the moves and help me be successful. The only feedback I have is that since it was so echoey in the studio it was hard to understand the instructor at times. At Pilates ProWorks Burlingame, you can expect a variety of amazing classes to choose from, experienced instructors and a studio that cares about YOUR goals. Great class for using weights! Definitely sore the next day. Cat was a really motivating instructor, and the studio had a fun community vibe. The instructor Val was really good at explaining the moves, providing context on why you do the combo, and providing visuals. Compared to some of the other boxing classes, there is more emphasis on actual boxing technique. The goal and objective of Eddie Croft’s B Street Boxing is two-fold: to teach students the technique and skills of boxing and mixed-martial arts, while infusing them with the discipline and dedication required to…

Greg was a wonderful instructor and taught me a whole bunch of moves/techniques. It ended up accidentally being a 1-on-1 class, which was quite nice as well. He had me practice pushing away as well as kicking and hitting timed 30-60 sec spurts to see how I used multiple moves in one go. Super supportive and very intelligent. 10/10 would recommend. This is only my 1st time, but when I have more time I will go back and or try to find a multiple day class to attend.Whether you are a beginner or experienced martial artist, United Studios of Self Defense has a martial arts program to fit your needs.
