Great online, challenging Pilates class! I used the TRX system over my back door which worked well but I can see that you’d want it ceiling-mounted so you have more 360° space. Will do this class again.

Sherri checked me in and got someone to help me get situated as this was my first time at the studio - thanks! Sherri gave a quick intro to explain her teaching style and how we will be able to move according to our need to modify or further express poses. I really enjoyed how we worked at both ends of our mat. All around good class. I was challenged and encouraged the entire time.
