I appreciated that the instructor opened saying we should feel free to take a break/sip our water whenever we felt we needed to (which should be obvious ofc but some instructors don’t necessarily exude the same, supportive, encouraging vibe). At the same time, she suggested variations of poses that allowed certain students to push themselves further, and had very encouraging and empowering commentary throughout that I felt actually made me go harder. Overall, I appreciated the balance between her patient nature and also her enthusiasm for pushing ourselves- definitely hope to take another class with Sherri soon!
