    Gravity & Mat : Pilates

    Instructor was personable, detailed and attentive. As a first timer, instructor took the time before the class to explain the gravity machine to me. Small class with only 6 pax which means you get plenty of guidance. Workout was intense and it truly was a full body exercise. Arms, core and thighs are aching post-class!

    Yamuna® Body Rolling

    Been going to Ying Yan's classes for over a year. I definitely see a difference in my posture and some relief in my tight areas (when I don't skip classses). It may take some time to 'get' how Yamuna body rolling works, and the class may seem slow to some who just wants to work out their kinks, but I think you will have a deeper appreciation of your body and the method if you take time to listen. Classes usually do overrun for 15 mins (more release!) but you're welcome to leave at the 1 hour mark. Give it a few tries before you dismiss it. :)
