RIDE (50) - Beginner Friendly
see all reviewsInstructor Tyler was nice, friendly and encouraging. Fantastic energy and great vibes! Class pace was good and there were a good number of exercise variations as well to keep the session engaging. Appreciate that options were given for beginner and advanced riders for each exercise. Instructor also pointed out things to take note for each exercise e.g. not to lean forward too much, engage core etc. Loved the song choices too. It was also pretty cool trying out the Johnny G spin bikes which had a digital screen for us to see the bike resistance, speed, time etc. Studio space was really nice and clean. There's a water dispenser provided and also shower facilities.

see all reviewsOne of the best and most interesting yin yang classes I’ve been to — it started off with 45 minutes of yin, followed by a gentle-ish yang and stretch session. But unlike most yin classes where all students follow the same pose as the teacher, John customises your poses throughout the 45 min based on your body’s needs.. it’s the most personalised yin class I’ve been to so you are sure to leave the 2 hour class feeling much more relaxed ♥️

see all reviewsFlow class was pretty challenging but in a good way for a beginner like me. Would be better if teacher Lotte could provide more guidance and adjustments. Otherwise, it was a great flow overall. Appreciated that she was able to provide modifications for certain poses so that it was easier for beginners. I've been wanting to visit Yoga On The Roof after seeing reviews of how nice the space is, and it did not disappoint! Love the rooftop yoga concept. It was such a lovely space overlooking the skyline, with warm white lights hanging around, which made the place so warm and cosy. Could also feel the gentle breeze from the wind while doing yoga. The ginger tea and cold towels provided at the end of the class were such a nice touch and made the whole experience so homey. Thanks Lotte for being so friendly and sharing your beautiful space, will be back again to try out the sunset yoga!

see all reviewsVirgin Active has a wide range of facilities which are frankly very attractive and luxurious. If you’re looking for a boutique gym it’s a pretty good choice. For first timers though, the experience can be quite intimidating. The trainer generally won’t spend time to give you personalised feedback on your form, and it can be hard to understand the trainer’s commands if you’re not familiar with the names of the moves. Just look around at the other gym members and try to imitate their moves and you’ll be fine. The counter staffs are really friendly and will give you a tour of the gym if there’s enough time before your class.

see all reviewsChoreo was really amazing but do note it’s not beginner-friendly. If it’s your first time with heels, I’d recommend taking a term class where there is more focus on techniques.
