    Sarah was extremely attentive and constantly checked on us to ensure that we were okay. For instance, she noted that we were flicking our wrists and gave us advice on how to relieve pressure on our wrists when holding our high planks. She paid close attention to our alignment, which is rare in other flow classes! I highly recommend Sarah’s lessons for beginners to yoga practice!

    Hybrid Rebounding - Level I

    Class size was pretty small, but Bart still had amazing energy and encouraged us all. The music and jumping in sync with the music was really fun, but the workout was a bit too intense for unfit me. Bart was very attentive and told me to use my heel instead of heel to bounce even though I thought he couldnt see me. Highly recommended if you want a good sweat! (My shirt was completely drenched in sweat)

    Nathan was a great instructor, and we really enjoyed the class! We did PT (skipping and jogging) for the first 10 mins, after which the class was very focused on boxing techniques! A good work out - highly recommend!
