see all reviewsOver this class was great! I burned a lot of calories, around 460 for the one hour workout. I felt very welcomed to this class and I also really enjoyed that every move was not only described, but the instructor gave a visual example. I’ve gone to several yoga classes where instructors will just call out a move and not explain and when I was a beginner, this was really stressful because I didn’t know if I had proper form or not. I would 100% go to this class again.
