see all reviewsThis instructor is the bomb. Danny’s sequences and well thought out transitions keep me coming back MULTIPLE times per week. I enjoy seeing his other regulars in class too. This latest class felt like it went by so fast but I was shaking and legs were quaking, so you know it’s working. A tip for the newbie Lagree takers, make sure to arrive at least 15 min before class starts to fill out paperwork, grab grip socks (if you didn’t bring them), and get a rundown of the machine. This is not your normal reformer Pilates class and a group class is not meant for you to monopolize the instructor’s time.
