    Power Flow with Music

    This was the first in person class I’ve taken since March 2020. I used to have a very regular, strong practice. This was the perfect class to come back to. Jamael had such a mindful, compassionate presence and his flow was challenging while still flowing together seamlessly. Fantastic instruction. I loved every second of it. I had tears streaming down my face at the end in savasana, I didn’t realize just how much my body had missed my practice. So grateful for this flow. I’ll definitely be back.

    HPF - Hot Power Fusion

    This was my first time to this studio, and I was very impressed with Chenoa. Some people just have the gift of presence, and she is definitely one of those people. Class had a great flow, she offers great, hands-on adjustments, and is very encouraging. Loved this class. Will absolutely be back.

    House - Beginners - Drop in

    Donna is an amazing house teacher. She is full of energy and really watches and guides her students well even for people in the class who are at different levels. I love taking her class! Highly recommend it for all lovers of house music who want to learn how to move your feet to the music.

    The Foundation - in GYM

    Like a CrossFit workout but more gentle and accessible. Not once did I feel like I couldnt keep up or feel pushed to work beyond my ability. Janet suggested modifications so everyone could engage with all the stations. I also just LOVED looking around and seeing women from their 20s to their 60s all working out together.
