Great small-group sessions with friendly and helpful coaches. The atmosphere is supportive and totally not intimidating, which is perfect for me as someone who's new to strength training.

    LEAN - TOTAL BODY

Fun workout. Pascal and the other trainer (Alfie?) were very welcoming and encouraging. It’s a fast moving workout through different stations and I was paired with someone who knew the ropes, which helped! The coaches challenge at the end is a bit tough but overall I enjoyed the session. Friendly crew who go there, there’s a good vibe. Nice stretch session at the end. I would definitely go back.

This gym was super chill which is a nice break from the loud and high energy style. The trainer was very helpful as I had never used the equipment. there were others in the class with injuries and she worked with them around that as well.

    Ashtanga Yoga

The normal instructor was ill and I didn’t know until I showed up that the class was changed from Yoga to a ‘handstand workshop’! Granted the new instructor did try to do the right thing and notify me of the change in advance and had emailed me the day before. Unfortunately with less than 24hr notice I didn’t see the email, otherwise I would not have attended, as a handstand class was not what I was looking for and was challenging on my postpartum body. Everyone was quite friendly and welcoming but this was just not what I was looking for and not my preferred style of exercise. An athletic stretch class would have been a preferable swap.
