    Best class ever!!!!! So glad I tried it!!!!!!! Tip: bring looooooong socks! Also, heads up, it’s a full on lower body workout. You’ll seek things on your thighs you never did before. You’ll feel your legs heavy midpoint ;) but a great feeling.
