Amazing class! Gaby is amazing, she takes her time to explain every step, every punch and corrects your form. She is very patient ,caring and super kind. The facility is small & cozy. will definitely come back to try out the boxing & booty class.

First time practicing BJJ. Professional environment, clean and good instructions. As a lady, especially practicing for the first time, the instructors and students made me feel incredibly comfortable and gave a great environment to soak in information and practice. Learned quite a bit just from one class. Will definitely be back!

This class was amazing. Pretty tough. Definitely bring a lot of water, one 32 oz wasn’t enough today. It’s full body, the instructor was amazing and very nice and informative. Age range was pretty wide, young teens to older adults. Really enjoyed it, will be coming back.

The small intimate class size really gives you that personal training touch in a group setting. If you’re tired of sitting down all day at your 9-5, and long commutes, this class and gym is something you want to… need to get into to push yourself beyond your mental limitations. It’s a fun, engeratic, old school boxing training that’s a total body workout. I took the Boxing class at 8:15 PM. I know most people don’t like exercise classes this late in the evening, but this works perfectly for me who gets off late, have a long commute, and need to make dinner for the family. Coach Ray really pushed me, which I like. He goes over each time segment during the breaks so you can proper plant your feet and lean into those punches, plus to prevent injury. If high cardio, strength training, and sweat equity is what you’re looking for this is the place to be.
