    The class was really nice and fun. Sherica was SO motivating and positive. It could have been a tad longer though, or less breaks in between sets/circuits. Really good music,too! I like that she brought a speaker!

    Interval Class

    Great crossfit interval class. Personally I would say it was at a difficult level but that's because I wanted a class to really push me. Difficult in a good way. Mike was friendly and helpful. Will be back!
