    Gentle Barre

Very fun and challenging (but not so challenging that you can’t finish the class!). I’ve never done barre, so was a little confused at first, but you get a hang of it fast. The instructor gave good energy, and the flow of the class was great. Great way to start Sunday. The studio itself is very pleasant and clean.

    Reformer Core Intermediate

Very tough class - aka great workout! Jess is super friendly and easy to talk to. She’s kind and asks if anyone has questions after class which makes approaching her not intimidating. I love that she puts the machine cleaning bottles and towels right in front of students as the class wraps up (very thoughtful)!

    The Aligned ONE

I’ve come to Madeline’s Monday morning class 3 times now. It made my Monday morning ritual to kick off for the week. I really enjoyed the lower paced flow. I can focus on waking up my body and the enjoyment of long stretches from them. Her music always been a plus. Please keep up the great work and thanks for providing your coaching on a Monday morning.
