Luther and Julia are the best. I really enjoy their classes. So nice, so encouraging and SUPER attentive to form. I’ve been to every major fitness studio in the city and I see so many trainers just not correct people with horrible form. So I really appreciate this about them.

One of the best classes I’ve taken in a long time - Nyemala is such an inspiring instructor her playlist was on point today and her choreo made sense for the ride (other instructors I find to be all over the the place). Can’t wait to take her class again!

I hadn’t taken a class with Jino in a while. He wasn’t playing- time and effort were put into the workout plan. The floor exercises were dynamic, full body and lots of variety. If you want to come in, work and get results - he’s your instructor.

Very positive energetic instructor. She created a great welcoming atmosphere and gave useful adjustments. This is pretty challenging for a beginner, but very fun and still manageable if you give yourself some breaks. I really enjoyed the class.

    WundaBar Workout

I really liked the style of this class! The pace was a bit slower than something like solidcore, and the instructor was really focused on making sure everyone had proper alignment for the moves. There was a lot of variety in the kinds of moves as well - I could see this being a class where it’s different every time. I arrived about 20 minutes early but had to wait in the building vestibule for a few minutes before the prior class ended - they don’t have a waiting room, so you’re walking into the middle of class if you’re early!

This was my first ever reformer class. Narissa was friendly, patient, and helpful. The class was small, so we got great one-on-one adjustments. I felt safe. It was definitely a good workout! Hopefully I’ll be returning :)

I’ve come to Madeline’s Monday morning class 3 times now. It made my Monday morning ritual to kick off for the week. I really enjoyed the lower paced flow. I can focus on waking up my body and the enjoyment of long stretches from them. Her music always been a plus. Please keep up the great work and thanks for providing your coaching on a Monday morning.

    Reformer Core Intermediate

Very tough class - aka great workout! Jess is super friendly and easy to talk to. She’s kind and asks if anyone has questions after class which makes approaching her not intimidating. I love that she puts the machine cleaning bottles and towels right in front of students as the class wraps up (very thoughtful)!

Such a fun way to start the day! I loved the mix of Pilates, stretching, and bursts of dancing. I felt just enough burn and challenge in the exercises to make it worthwhile and at the same time something I could easily keep coming back to. The stretching and myofascial release felt incredible. Will definitely be back!

    Align + Flow-Level 1 (In Person)

Great instructor. Clear instructions, positive welcoming relaxed atmosphere. The studio is very nice, and the location is great. I did not expect handstands in this level, but it was not a problem that I couldn’t do that part. It was good to try. But I was expecting a more basic flow at this level, that’s why I chose it. I will most likely come back, as it was still a great class, especially after work. Challenging enough, but not too challenging.
