see all reviewsCourtenay was super welcoming. He counted mats, encouraged the room to make space, and made sure there was clear space for everyone who walked in the door. That said, it’s a small room and everyone was super close to each other but it was a good community feel. He noticed when I was struggling with my hip and took the time to check on me and help me with a better transition. He also stopped the class after one of the sequences ended and walked us through a new sequence. It’s the first time I’ve felt like I was learning as a class instead of feeling like I was the only one who didn’t know what was going on. 10/10. Loved his vibe and his music.
