see all reviewsThe best class! I have always had breathing problems after the covid. My nose and lungs seem not function well. But magically the dance workout in the heated room fixed my breathing problems. It’s a bit tough during the workout but after the workout I can breathe so freely outside. So amazing!

see all reviewsEric taught one of the best Y7 and hot yoga classes I’ve ever taken. He had a great flow, great music and I sweat my body weight off, which is what I like when I go there . Sometimes the instructors don’t turn the heat up or have a challenging class. The way he explained the poses and taught the class showed how knowledgeable in yoga / group exercise, and how much he loved teaching. That class. I will definitely be back to take his class!

see all reviewsGreat class, great instructor (Oscar), friendly vibe, beautiful, prestine facilities, only thing I didn't like was the hardwood floor in the studio. I have a thin yoga mat and my knees were hurting a few times during the class when we were on our knees. I'll probably rent one of their cushy mats instead when I go back, but I will definitely be back!
