HIIT ENERGY
see all reviewsJordan explained the exercises very well. It was a good high intensity class, I enjoyed it and I would go back. I would not recommend it for complete beginners considering everything is super quick. Also, you need to decide on your own which dumbbell and kettlebell to use. The policy says to bring a towel, but it’s not required (only if you shower of course). Do not arrive earlier than 10 min because you will enter directly during the previous class (there is no reception, you enter in the training area as you step in).
