    This was a high quality class with personalized attention. Bonny took us through a few carefully selected exercises focusing on proper form and injury prevention. She was highly knowledgeable and provided helpful cues for each exercise. Highly recommend for those looking to tune up, correct imbalances and work through nagging pains. My rotator cuff is feeling better and less painful already!
