IN PERSON Yoga Essentials - STERLING

Barbara is the best! Her classes are challenging but fun. She’s hilarious and super entertaining, but she also pays lots of attention to technique and taking care of your body. She has a background in dance and Pilates and it’s obvious that she really knows her stuff. If you’re looking to be led by a teacher who will make sure you’re well taken care of, Barb is your girl.

    Icy Hot - Sauna/IceBath

The experience was great, so I’m rating 5 stars. However, the directions were confusing as there are multiple buildings, and there was a run club leaving right before the class as well. The instructor didn’t meet us inside as described in the class notes, and instead we met in the parking lot where the sauna and cold plunge tubs are. I would suggest providing more information in the notes of the class.

Great first class with Eunice! Love the camaraderie here. If you have never boxed before I recommend going to at least one beginner class before the cardio boxing to get used to the movements. Gloves are available if you don’t have!!

Great class. I actually signed up for this thinking it would be a funny story (me boxing!) But it was friendly, inclusive, a good workout and challenging enough.

Outdoor Yoga with Harisha - Dufferin Grove

Harisha is an intuitive personal yoga instructor. She takes the time to learn about her clients needs and then tailors a wonderful yoga flow. Before my class I felt anxious and had a headache. Within 15 minutes of working with her I was feeling relaxed and my headache was gone. Thank you Harisha!!
