    Hatha Flow

    This was a perfect way to get back into my Hatha yoga practice. Lucy was really welcoming, and patient. She also gave helpful guidance and adjustments throughout. I left feeling relaxed, while having had a thorough workout. The space was lovely, and very calming. I’d highly recommend! An ideal way to unwind after a hectic day at work.
