    YS - Yoga Sculpt

    It's just the right intensity for me. It's definitely not easy, but it's not overly strenuous. I sweated a lot and worked my muscles and ligaments. It doesn't require as much balance, has short burpees and some jumps. This time I used a 3-pound dumbbell weight. I felt a bit labored in the middle of the exercise but I kept up. 2.5-pound dumbbells are also available.
