    60 Min Vinyasa Flow

What a great class! The flow and energy was so peaceful. She is an incredible teacher, thoughtful and experienced. Her explanations are so great you don’t have to look up at her, simply listen. Loved the vibe!

    Adult - Intro to Boxing

If you’re like me and have never boxed before, I’d recommend coming to Windy City to start. I went for my first ever boxing class and it was fun, engaging, and insightful.

    Female Style KPOP Open Level

Kaitlin (sub for Lauren) taught both classes today. I am a total newbie to dancing and k pop. Had a total blast. Kaitlin is super patient in helping us get the moves. And makes it so much fun. As well as explaining the vibe behind each choreography. Will definitely be back!

    Open level Choreography

I’m pretty sure this class is no longer available. When I arrived for the open level dance class, the signs directing us to the class led to dead ends. My friend and I checked every floor and asked others if they knew where the Dynamic Force Dance class is taking place and no one knew about it. When nothing came up from that, we called the number listed on their Instagram page which also led to a dead end. If you are planning on taking this class, don’t waste your time.
