Flow Moovement
see all reviewsThis yoga class was truly rejuvenating. It started with gentle warm-ups and transitioned into a lightweight flow, building strength and flexibility. The instructor's guidance was excellent. Towards the end, we had a short meditation and relaxation session, letting go of tension through guided visualization. The calming atmosphere left me feeling peaceful :)

see all reviewsAmazing intense class! This class is difficult because of the intervals and short recovery time but the moves themselves are easy to execute with good form and easy to modify if needed, resulting in longer time under tension. Will definitely be sore and will surely be back!

see all reviewsVerónica is wonderful for a deep and serious workout/conditioning, beyond all the yoga mode-vibe that is also awesome. It's the only instructor that makes me do pincha. What she does on her warming up and has her flow that makes be able to do it it's a mystery for me.

see all reviewsThis place is top notch. I haven’t experienced this level of expertise balanced with a beautiful level of playfulness and curiosity at a studio in Miami yet. Darren was so cool, calm, and collected. His energy balanced me through the toughest parts of the flow. His pose demonstrations were gorgeous. We jumped right into the asanas without hesitation. I enjoyed getting right to work. I loved the long powerful holds alongside incredibly particular alignment cues. I loved how relaxed Darren was in delivering some of the most intense inversion asanas back to back. His zen vibration gave me the courage to stay upside down longer than I ever have before. I was able to hold shoulder stand for the first time under his instruction and because his flow was so well choreographed. I was very impressed by how deep his knowledge of yoga extended. He offered amplification cues I’ve never even seen hinted at in any class. It opened my eyes to how large the world of asanas truly is when you break it down into the variations of arm positions in each basic pose. I thoroughly enjoyed the breathwork as preparation rather than spending 10 minute simply stretching - and the attention to mudras throughout. I’ve never been cued to try hand variations during vinyasas. It was an incredible class. The studio has a gorgeous mandala mural. The positive vibrations from fellow yogis were intense in this space. I sweat myself silly without artificial heat, you will burn with fire from the poses alone here. I am in love with Skanda Yoga.

see all reviewsFun flow set to good music, including songs by the artist Kendrick Lamar. The co-teaching approach meant that a second instructor was free to offer adjustments. Poses for the entire family ranging from Warrior III, to crow, to pigeon, to dancer, to standing splits, to side angle, supine twists, child's pose and lots of chatarangas in between. Nice chilled towelette offered for an extended savasana wind down.
