She does a great job providing verbal explanations and cues so previous experience on a reformer is recommended in my opinion. Great class and great vibe at night with the neon lights!

Yeli is such a fun teacher and I love learning the craziest combinations from her, and how she pushes you to challenge yourself and grow. This is the funnest workout that doesn’t feel like a workout (but it totally is), give it a try and stick with it!!

see all reviewsClass pace was great. Choice of exercises were picked very well in a good flow. Teacher was helping and motivating everyone. She also demonstrated exercises on the machine or floor ! Only one thing I would add : give option to change the spring if someone needs to modify. I knew how to do that, but few guys in class they were struggling and different spring would help them a lot. Otherwise very good class. I will be back when in town. Thanks !

The Spanish songs were a nice plus and I will definitely be coming back next Monday to take it again. Great for beginners (the last time I took a spinning class was about 12 years ago), I didn’t feel lost and it was easy to follow.

see all reviewsThis was such a challenge and I loved how encouraging Emily was. It helped when she acknowledged that it’s ok to take breaks and adjustments because it means you’re really working those muscles, followed by pushing you to pick right back up and get good reps in after shaking it out. The reminders that we’re stronger than we think we are was so key! This was my first class so it was a little tough to focus on what the next move would be while trying to make it through the current one, but I’m sure I’ll pick it up in the future, and Emily did a great job of explaining each move as well as helping with hands on alignment. My whole body is jelly but I’ll definitely keep coming back!
