This was my first hot/Bikram style class and I thought the heat would really bother me but I really didn't mind it! I was also afraid it would be too challenging as a first-timer but I was able to keep up. Definitely got a great workout and sweat more than I have in any other class before. David's playlist of 90's/early 2000's music was also a fun addition

Elena's class is a great mix of relaxing and restorative poses with some challenging portions as well. I got a good sweat going but in the end felt very relaxed. She had warm towels with rose oil on them to place onto our eyes during shavasana which was a really nice touch as well.
