    Let me start by saying that I am NOT a hot yoga fan and this was a very hot class, that said Larissa is an excellent instructor. I appreciated her no-nonsense calm and soothing voice - it made me feel like I could hold the pose.. clear cues.. definitely will take her class again!

    Good but never tried dynamic treadmill setting before and that was pretty hard. Wasn’t sure what it meant and how I should be running on it. Seems like you need to use your weight to get it going. Overall good calorie burner.

    It was great beginner class. The space is intimate enough for the instructor to walk around and see if anyone needed help. She explained everything well. It’s definitely difficult though and you really need to use your gut and upper body to do a lot of the moves but it was a lot of fun!

    Admittedly it is a little intimidating at first. The instructor thoroughly goes through all the exercises (12 I think) But once you start, you quickly get a hang of the rotating and the exercises. The instructor was great at corrections in form. Ultimately, I loved it and will be back.

    Super fun! What a great workout too. It felt very much like PE on the fun days.
