see all reviewsThis was such a wonderful experience! Tim welcomes you with such a kind energy and I absolutely loved the combination of yoga, dance, meditation, and swimming!! Such a fantastic way to start the day. I actually really appreciated the pre-recorded class. The sound quality could not have been better and the fact that Tim is there enjoying his practice just as we're there to do lends to the positive energy of the experience. The music was so great throughout the practice and it was followed by some awesome beats to bust a move to after! The dance was perfectly timed for 15 minutes to get you feeling free and fun while increasing your heart rate. Then followed by some lovely breath work and meditation. Such a great way to connect with yourself, let loose, and connect with others all in one hour. You can't beat doing all of this at the beach under the sun either!! I will be back again for sure! 🧘♀️ 🌞💃
