    Excellent! Just what I needed! I’ve been experiencing a lot of lower back pain and hip tightness. Hailey stretches me out in 20 mins explaining what she was doing as she was doing it. I also asked lots of questions which is key to getting 100% out of this experience. I immediately feel better stretched. The trick is how to incorporate this into my daily life. Still working on that.

    Great full body workout using dumbbells and bodyweight. Class consisted of 3 circuits, each circuit had 5 workouts-3 strength, 1 cardio and 1 core (done three times through). Expect to do squats, lunges, planks, tricep extensions, bicep curls, jumping jacks, skiers etc.

    Really liked the instructor, she was funny and channeling positive vibes. Class is gentle in nature and an energizing hybrid of yoga + core work. It was the perfect way to start the day, just dont go in framing the class as your workout of the day if youre looking for something strenuous.
