see all reviewsAmazing energy and vibe, and love the concept! The people and instructors are amazing and super nice, yet tough. Tough cardio/HIIT class. It’s hot/stuffy in the room which made it more challenging (but I guess that’s the point!). You can tell everyone has a ton of fun!

Maybe it was because it was a small class, but we switched three times between the treadmills and the floor, which I had never done in a Barry’s class before. see all reviewsMerav gave a great class! It was a good mix of restorative work and Pilates strength training. I went in to class today super sore from kickboxing yesterday, feeling out muscularly out of sorts & as though I couldn’t stand up straight. Her clear instruction & expert sequencing brought me back life! I wouldn’t say she’s Classical Pilates but she’s not strictly contemporary either. Everything she taught made sense, was useful and productive.

see all reviewsKaitlin’s a great instructor - good upbeat music choices (mainly dance/remix versions of pop songs), well structured format, and very challenging mix of pushes, climbs, sprints, and choreography. One small critique would be I wish she’d countdown more during big pushes or at least let the class know how long they were going to be. It was so tough sprinting hard not knowing how long I’d be doing it for. Other than that, i really the class!

Time of day is weird to me (11:15a) I randomly had a day off so I could take this class which I really enjoyed but is more of a senior citizen crowd. Wish it was offered at more assessable times. Def recommend if some unwinding if you can get to this class time. Old school yoga studio. Very classic.

Interesting ways of getting into familiar poses and great hands on adjustments. As challenging as you make it. see all reviewsMy experience was incredible! Lana was very knowledgeable and explained each step as she went along...sometimes facialists don’t say much about what they’re doing, and I prefer to know what each product going on my face is. At the end of the session she gave me recommendations for 2 products to add to my routine, but she wasn’t pushy by any means and just told me they are something to consider. She wrote down the names for me so I could easily look for them online or elsewhere. She wasn’t insisting on my purchasing anything right then & there, which is nice because many estheticians do! I highly recommend it and I’ll definitely be back for more.

Theres also an agility ladder, jump ropes, kettlebells of each weight, medicine balls, curved treadmill, and a weighted vest. Seems like theyve thought of everything. Its pretty small but I think its more functional than the larger gyms because they cut out a lot of useless machines.

She doesn’t just blindly adjust you; she assesses your specific body needs to find the best approach to help you fit the archetype. Adjustments are supportive while also reframing the experience.
