    Hot Pilates

    Been looking for a hot Pilates studio and this is it! Instructor was very nice and energetic. There is an integrated HIIT portion which I loved. I personally thought the temp was perfect. I was dripping sweat but still able to get through all the moves without feeling like I was going to pass out. Great playlist too will definitely be back!

    My first Barre Class! Great workout, good energy from the instructor. I’d definitely take the class again. The gym itself was nice and cleanly. My one suggestion would be to invest in actual bath sized towels.
