    First time taking Robyn’s spin class and I love it. She mixes up the choreography and cues moves really well. Good intensity. Wish the early AM classes had more riders - very low energy and pretty empty the last few I’ve been to.

    Full Body - Lower Focus (50 Minutes)

    Staff was all super enthusiastic and warm to me so it was a lot less scary! The treadmill parts of class were a bit much for me to do completely at the proper levels but I felt totally okay adjusting speed when I needed to. Really great experience & good mixup to my regular workout routine

    Fun, fast paced class! Come a little early if it’s your first time. Could be okay for beginners but it’s better if you have done some weight lifting in the past to ensure you have good form. Taylor was great and the music was 🔥 Would definitely like to come back!

    There are lockers, shower, towels, water. Space is new, clean. Friendly staff! The format is very easy to follow: up to six people per “pod” w three stations. You move thru stations following a monitor demoing the exercises and guiding where to go. Nothing is crazy complex. There’s a trainer for form corrections for everyone in the room. I love the convenience!

    Absolutely an amazing class. The instructor was super understanding but also very motivational. The views on the river were unparalleled, the machines were in great condition, and Chelsea knew how to push you harder to get the best workout in. Can’t wait to come again!
