The music vibe didn’t match the class vibe (today’s was a little more yoga-y of a class which I really enjoyed but the music was throwing me off the whole time). Maryl overall is a great instructor though!

Kolbie was awesome! I can tell he was super thoughtful about the routine. The moves flowed together very well so as to minimize time wasted transitioning. He was friendly with everyone in the class and made you feel welcome. Really exceptional!

Brooke did a good job instructing me on my first day. It was easy to follow along with the girl next to me. Such a challenging workout!! My abs were shaking!

Chest, Back, & Arms (45 min)

This class appealed to me because it was close by and I want to work on getting a bit stronger. Let me be clear: I’m pretty much a newbie to weight lifting and not very strong at all. When I showed up, I was super intimidated and had instant regret for booking in 😅 But Seth was soso kind, helpful and welcoming. He helped me modify exercises I couldn’t do and without judgment offered lighter weights that suited me better. I so appreciated this and by the end of class I actually had fun and now plan on booking in again - something I never thought I’d said just an hour ago! Seth has a true gift as a coach and teacher and it’s very much appreciated!

This place is super cute and has a unique offering. I had heard so many benefits of infrared so I was excited to try it. The experience is a little intense since you’re basically sweating for 30 min but I felt great after. They play music which helps you relax then come into your room halfway to put a cool towel on your face (which felt amazing). One downside is there’s no showers if you want to rinse off at the studio after. There’s also no water refill station so bring a lot of water unless you want to refill in the sink.

Class felt quick & worked up a sweat! Christian was really informative & ensured proper form while doing the hang cleans or other exercises. Also great that the stretching revolves around the exact muscle & exercises that we did. He takes his time to make sure everyone is at their speed & level! Almost dont want to leave a review bc this seems like a such cozy little hidden gem-gym!! Definitely will be back!

AMAZING- super hard really great challenge. Wish they had 8lbs weights. I loved that Alejandra didn't rush at the end. though we were 3 minutes over - I MUCH MUCH MUCH prefer this than rushing, leaving stuff out and/or not stretching. the one person that had to leave. I mean it was only 3 minutes - totally worth it. Can't wait to go again :)
