    REPS packs in a lot of workout into each 30 minute block. It's just enough time in each stage to keep from being bored and to keep pushing hard with each exercise. Plus I love how the moves are more creative than what I've seen at other gyms. I love this class!

    Liz is a gem! Full of energy at 8:30 AM on a Saturday. It was comedy and a workout. There were two different sets of exercises (one cardio and the other focuses on abs). I definitely worked up a sweat, which was the goal! I had a really stressful week and this was a great jumpstart to the weekend. I’ll definitely be back!
