    Class itself was great but the room was HOT. 10 minutes in I started to visibly see the humidity in the room and people leaving at the end of class were talking about almost passing out. Lots of bikes, very close together in the summer doesnt make for the safest experience always. Would love better AC in the bike room.

    I love EBF but they really need to get it together with their technology. I can’t remember the last class I went to where there wasn’t a problem with the audio or screens. Not Colleen’s fault— she managed through it well. But if a key reason to love EBF is the fact that they are digitally minded, the digital stuff... needs to actually work.

    Great class! My only issue was the employee talking before class to another employee about Boston Marathon and asked if her friend was running for charity or a "real" runner. FYI- I've qualified both ways, 8 times. and was ALWAYS a real runner. That's just an aside, and not a huge issue, but it rubbed me the wrong way.

    Class was an amazing workout. Molly was very welcoming and encouraging. She pushed me more than I thought I could go. Class is a mix of rowing and conditioning.     It was a good class. I thought it was going to be 45 min but it was just 30 min which actually worked out better for me. You do need a few different weights for the class. I had 10 pound weights and 20 pound weights but I wish I had had 5 pounds as well. I liked the music and she had good musicality starting on the 1 count for transitions. I teach a fitness class so I notice these things but others may not really care ? I liked that it had a little stretch time at the end cause I really need a push to stretch more. I’ll be signing up again! Thanks Diane!

    This class was slightly more technical than my regular studio, but the instructor gave great assists, so I was really able to push myself and try a few new things. I’m not a fan of pillows and blankets in yoga classes , so I just didn’t take them and this was 100% fine. The class was super quiet until the instructor arrived which is also different than my regular studio where everyone is a little more chatty, but it was a great class and I’ll certainly go again.

    Izzy is one of the best instructors I've ever had. She has the perfect balance of positive energy, motivation, and laid backness. Plus her classes are seamless and she knows exactly what she's doing without missing a beat. in terms of the class, you could do all these moves at home, but it's nothing like having it coordinated perfectly to the high energy music, and without the others and the instructor to push you harder.
