Lily is incredible! Great energy and very encouraging without being aggressive. Class is hot but not overly warm because they keep the fans on. Come hydrated and ready to sweat! Studio is large with beautiful natural night. The locker room/showers are minimal.

Nice gym with plenty of space and machines. They have a small whirl pool, steam, and sauna with tons of showers. Very clean amenities- they provide soap and shampoo/conditioner, towels, hair dryers, cotton swabs, and some straighteners. Just missing deodorant! Otherwise gorgeous and would definitely go back.

    Exhale Power Yoga

I love Gianna and her yoga classes. When I imagine power yoga, I imagine it moving a little faster, but hers includes a bit more stretching in the beginning, then ramps up in speed, then slows down nicely. She is wonderful with assists and cues as well.

Gentle Yoga and Aromatherapy (All Levels - Warm Room)

This class was wonderful! The oils were not overpowering and provided a lovely addition to the flow. The instruction was clear throughout and Carolyn provided many suggestions to modify so all levels felt comfortable. Definitely one of the best classes Ive taken this year!!

    Power Yoga Flow

First time at the studio— beautiful space. Leah was awesome; she was warm and welcoming. This class did some different things than what my regular class does (no up dogs or forward folds) which I found refreshing and interesting. I will absolutely be back.

Anna subbed class today and was such fun!! There were only three of us so it was very personalize and she kept us all honest on really trying with each and every pose. There wasn't any hands on corrections, but I still got a lot out of class!

    Yoga Flow

This class was slightly more technical than my regular studio, but the instructor gave great assists, so I was really able to push myself and try a few new things. I’m not a fan of pillows and blankets in yoga classes , so I just didn’t take them and this was 100% fine. The class was super quiet until the instructor arrived which is also different than my regular studio where everyone is a little more chatty, but it was a great class and I’ll certainly go again.

    Hour of Power

Ryan was very inspirational and spoke very well. However, this is definitely not for beginners since she didn’t explain any poses. She was constantly walking around and adjusting form, although she didn’t help me personally. Also, it is important to note that to rent a yoga mat is $3 and to rent a yoga towel is $3 or both is $5. I left feeling very centered and so so sweaty.

    GRIT PLYO/ATHLETIC

Izzy is one of the best instructors I've ever had. She has the perfect balance of positive energy, motivation, and laid backness. Plus her classes are seamless and she knows exactly what she's doing without missing a beat. in terms of the class, you could do all these moves at home, but it's nothing like having it coordinated perfectly to the high energy music, and without the others and the instructor to push you harder.

    Slow Flow Alignment Yoga

    VIRTUAL VINYASA FLOW

About the process: You will receive a link to the video with password, and a link to a Spotify playlist. At the start of the yoga session, you will be prompted to start the playlist at the same time as the instructor. You will have to adjust the volume of your Spotify and the volume of the yoga video to make sure the music doesn’t drown out the cues. About the yoga: Nice relaxing flow with lots of stretching! Perfect for people that have been sitting a lot.
