    Nice gym with plenty of space and machines. They have a small whirl pool, steam, and sauna with tons of showers. Very clean amenities- they provide soap and shampoo/conditioner, towels, hair dryers, cotton swabs, and some straighteners. Just missing deodorant! Otherwise gorgeous and would definitely go back.

    So I am ranking this with the full disclosure that I am a novice at Kundalini. I don’t want to mark the studio or instructor off for that though cause that’s on me. As someone who enjoys yoga and a yin and meditation and self care (but does not practice regularly in any these) this was odd for me. The instructor was reading off her iPad the entire time and did not seem like she knew what was coming next or how to prepare for the class the breathing or the next move. It was super chunky like no flow and honestly a lot of the moves of breathing and jumping around (basically yoga burpees at one point) was a bit jarring. That all being said - again never having practiced kundalini before - the mantras, the chanting and the focus on self healing and restoration was great. I think I need to do some research and come back to it.

    Jess was subbing in for Gabi. I've never taken this class before so I don't know what it's normally like, but I loved it! Definitely not traditional pilates, but I had fun (amazingly) while also getting my butt kicked. Jess really has a talent for giving clear instructions and seamlessly moving us from exercise to exercise. Great class/instructor for someone newer to classes or out of shape, but also good for more advanced participants; it is what you make it.

    This class was slightly more technical than my regular studio, but the instructor gave great assists, so I was really able to push myself and try a few new things. I’m not a fan of pillows and blankets in yoga classes , so I just didn’t take them and this was 100% fine. The class was super quiet until the instructor arrived which is also different than my regular studio where everyone is a little more chatty, but it was a great class and I’ll certainly go again.

    The studio is nice and clean, very neat. The equipments are in very good condition. The class was combination of reformer and tower. One half of class (3-4 people) started on reformer and the other half on tower, then switch off half way through the class. So the instructor is basically teaching two classes at once. A lot of times you are on your own to count; but others in the class seemed to be very familiar with the class so it wasn't hard to follow. I thought the pace was great; workout was challenging enough, though you can always make it more challenging. It was full body workout, we did variety of exercises. I would come back for the class
